Product Introduction:

Cold Pad-batch Scouring Agent HS-112 is a combination of anionic surfactant and intermediates synthesized by a variety of organic materials through a special chemical process.

Basic Characteristics:

Appearance:  yellowish viscous liquid

Ionic:        negative/non-ionic

PH:          5~6 (1.0% aqueous)

Solubility:     soluble in water

Stability:      resistance to hard water, acid and alkali

Product Features:

1. This product has extremely low foam, high concentration caustic soda resistance, excellent emulsification, dispersion and cleaning ability under alkaline conditions, and the processed fabric has excellent permeability and wettability. Used for the pretreatment of cotton yarn, cotton knitted fabric, synthetic fiber fabric and protein fiber fabric.

2, processed fabric surface is smooth, high whiteness, soft feel, plump smooth, with a sense of silk wind.

3, processed fabric has excellent hydrophilicity, high wool efficiency, uniform and stable.

4, the product biodegradation performance is good, will not cause water pollution.

5, if the water quality is very poor, containing miscellany, hardness, can be used with our hydroperoxide stabilizer HS-192, you can get better treatment effect of fabric.

Dosage:

0.5~1.5g/L in the pre-treatment desizing process.

0.5~1.0g/L in the scouring process.

3~ 10g /L in cold pad-batch process.
