Product Description:

This product is a kind of amino, polyether modified polysiloxane polymer water-soluble emulsion, can be used as textile fabric hand feeling agent, yarn smoothing, daily chemical products, etc., has excellent performance, good hydrophilicity, little yellowing, product stability.

Product Features:

1, suitable for all fiber types, all kinds of fabrics, with excellent hydrophilicity.

2, The fabric finished by this product can effectively remove hairiness and make it quickly wetting and settling.

3, good stability at pH 3~10, can be used in the dipping and continuous padding process.

4, no yellowing at high temperature, especially for all white or light color and sensitive color cotton fabric.

Application Process:

HS-699 is a water-soluble silicone emulsion, which can be directly diluted for use. It can be used for dipping and rolling process and washing process of garments. The dip rolling process is as follows:

Impregnation - Dehydration - Baking (All Cotton and Blends)

S699 0.5 ~ 3.0%

PH 5.0 ~ 7.0

Impregnation temperature 40 ~ 60

Drying and baking temperature and time 100 ~ 185℃x 1-3 min

Packing:

1. 125kg drum

2. Shelf life is 180 days under closed and cool conditions.
