Basic Characteristics:

Composition: aliphatic acid and aliphatic alcohol.
Appearance: pale yellow flakes.
pH value: 4-6(10% solution).
Ionicity: weak cationic.

Dilution Method:

--Pour the flakes into room temperature water in proportion of 5-8%, stir and heat to 70-80℃ until the flakes melt and become a slurry (this usually takes 60 minutes).

Product Features:

--HS-838 gives good fabric, feel smooth and full-bodied hand feels.
--Good hydrophilic.
--Salt and alkali resistance.
--Excluding AEEA and APEO.
--In line with the requirements of the Oeko-tex Standard 100, and the EU"REACH" regulations of the requirements of the disabled and limited.

Properties:

--Low foaming and viscosity.
--Very low yellowing tendency can be used in textile that has a strict requirement in color.
--Soft handle like that of cationic softener.
--Salt and alkali resistance.

--Suitable for all kinds of dyeing and finishing technology

Reference Dosage: 
--Especially in jeans, water finishing fabrics, knitting materials, woven sweater and towels, gives the textiles perfect soft and smooth hand feels.--Padding process: 2-3g/l, exhaust and pad at 30-40℃
--Dipping process: 0.3-0.8% (o.w.f), bath ratio 1:10-15 for 15-30 minutes at 40-50℃

Packing: 
25 KG in nylon woven bag.

Storage:

The shelf life is 1 year when store in a cool, dry and dark room.
